Using your Personal Android or iPhone to Access Google Apps for Work
The process is essentially the same for both Android / iOS devices:
Install Google or Android Device Policy App using the App Store or Google Play Store
Login to your Aspire Email Account
Follow Operating System Specific Instructions
Important: The purpose of installing the Google Device Policy App is to Protect Patient Privacy (HIPAA) by allowing us to remove Aspire data from your Device in the event that it is lost or stolen.
The first thing we need to do is to make sure android device policy is installed and updated.
Tap on the Play Store
Search "Android Device Policy"
Try and open it, if it asks you to scan a QR code or enter a code then it is updated and you can close out of it
Now we need to add a work profile to your phone. Each device is a bit different in where this is located but here are some generic instructions
Tap Settings>Accounts>Add account>Google.
If prompted, enter your device password.
Enter your Aspire email address and tap Next.
Enter your Aspire password and tap Next.
To accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, tap I agree.
If prompted, tap More>Next>Next and choose an option:
Tap Use for work & personal.
Then it should ask to install work apps. This will create two profiles on your phone one will say personal and one will say work the work apps will have a little briefcase icon on them.
