 Using Email-Based MFA (Sign-in Process):

• Enter Credentials: Sign in with your username and password as usual.
  
• Enter Code: A prompt will appear asking for a six-digit code.
  
• Check Email: Open your email account, locate the security code, and enter it.
  
• Complete Sign-in: The system will verify the code and allow the user to complete the signing process
