When sending an email that needs to be encrypted, you must put the word encrypt or secure in the SUBJECT line. 

The email recipient will receive an email notifying them they have a secure email.

The recipient will click the “Click here” link and it will open a new browser tab. If this is the first time receiving a secured email from you, they will be prompted to register their name. 

After clicking the Continue button they will get a new screen to complete registration. Click the “Register” button.

A registration successful message will be displayed. Again if this is the first time, they can simply click the “Continue” button and be taken to their secure inbox where they can click on the email to read it.

Once the email is opened, they can reply, delete, or close the message with the icons at the top.

If the recipient has previously registered as shown above,after they click the open link, and the open button shown below, any new secure emails, will prompt them to verify their email by sending them a token.

At this point, a code will be emailed to the recipient. They can copy and paste the code into the box shown below and click the Verify Token button. This will open their secure inbox.
