Joining Google Meet via Meeting Code on a Telehealth Device

How to Join

To join a meeting by entering a code, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Meet Landing Page

Aspire telehealth devices are auto-populated with a browser link for workspace.google.com/products/meet. Find that tab.

2. Locate the Enter Code

Look for “Join a meeting now.” To the right of that, you’ll click "Enter code.”

3. Input the Meeting Code

Type your meeting code into the box, and click Join.

4. Ensure your Camera and Microphone are used

You will be taken to a "green room" or preview screen where you can check your camera and microphone settings before entering the call. Select “Use microphone and camera,” and “Allow while visiting the site” if it prompts you.

5. Join the Meeting

Input your name, be sure your camera and microphone are on (they are off in the example), and join the meeting. Depending on the settings that the meeting owner created, you may have “Join” or “Ask to Join” as your option.
